Ted’s Tails Rescue Rescue was founded in 2025 after losing my best friend Ted in 2024 to mouth cancer.

Layla came to us with puppies on her. They were going to be euthanized for space. Worked together with Starting Over Animal Refuge, she got the puppies adopted out.
Layla was heartworm positive but she has since underwent the quick kill and she is good to go. She has been spayed and is up to date on all vaccines. Great with other dogs and livestock.

Elvira has been through more than most.
She was heavy pregnant when she got here. She weaned her puppies and she is spayed and UTD and ready for her forever home.
She has one more heartworm shot and she’s ready to go!

This girl is so dang cute and sweet.
4 days ago she was spayed, they removed 2 mammary masses and a kiwi sized bladder stone.
She is thin but full of life.
I selfishly will keep her forever but if someone is looking for the perfect companion that deserves love and a soft landing, this is your girl. 🩷🩷🙏🏽
10 years old and only 10 lbs. she will likely be around 15 lbs when she’s healthy.

Pookie is a year and a half old.
She’s a 13 lb terrier mix.
She’s up-to-date on all vaccines and has been spayed. She is one of the best dogs I have. Not one person has even come to meet her. She loves other dogs. She’s good with livestock. She needs a home! 🐶🩷
