Ribbon exchange, sign-ups, and cheesecake.

Please do not just grab a ribbon, make sure it is in the correct group. And please go with a smaller serving of the cheesecakes so everyone can enjoy them.

Sign-ups start at 4:45 in the venue.

Grateful to have a covered arena and have taken the time to plan an outdoor competition and in door alternate competition in the covered arena.

Trail, Obstacles, In Hand, and of course, Ranch Horsemanship can be done in the arena. We will see what the weather does before we decide the location of the events.

Ya’ll come on….we got cheesecake and state championships on the line…..plus, a really good time!

Couple of things for this weekend:

1. The food truck is coming! Yum!!
2. We added a $5 office fee to pay our office help.
3. We currently have 3 empty stalls; we did our very best with the elaborate grid of people, equine, ailments, studs, and requests. Please be kind. There’s a lot of moving pieces and a reason for everything.
4. Custom cheesecakes at sign-ins.
5. We will work around the weather and we are optimistic.
6. Check the camping reservation board. Don’t assume you have the exact same stalls and electric site.

Happy Birthday to CT2V host, judge, and competitor, Nicole Alley!

Let's wish her a Happy Birthday!

In addition to obstacles, Nicole is also a mounted shooter and has just started mounted archery. She might just be one of the coolest women we know.

She might be in her 50s, but there's no slowing down this adventurous cowgirl. Nicole is close to 6' tall and a 1st generation immigrant from Germany, but her heart is as kind and giving as a fluffy little puppy dog. That's right, she's a softy, and we appreciate her and her efforts to help CT2V grow, provide instruction and competitions for clients, and to compete.
