Bids are to be placed BEFORE the end-time listed on each item.
- EX: If the end time is 7:48, ALL bids must be entered BY 7:47 at the latest. 7:48 = late. NOTE** If multiple bids are placed at the same exact time BEFORE the item ends, the first bid will win if the amounts are all the SAME EXACT AMOUNT, if different amounts the Highest amount wins.
