🔆Only 175 Away from My 2k Goal! Plus, Baby Kits Everywhere!

Wow, we're so close! I'm thrilled to announce that I'm only 175 away from hitting my 2,000 goal! This is incredibly exciting, and I couldn't have gotten this far without all of your amazing support.

And if that wasn't enough good news, our nest boxes are full of new life! We have lots of kits (baby rabbits!) that have arrived, which is always a joy to see.

Thank you, everyone, for helping me reach these milestones! Your encouragement means the world.

THIS!!

“Why Are Your Rabbits So Expensive?”
Let me guess — you just saw a $20 bunny at the pet store and now you're wondering why breeders charge more.

Here’s the thing:
You’re not just paying for a rabbit.
You’re paying for everything that came before that rabbit was even born.

Let’s break it down:

When you get a bunny from us you are safe knowing that we haven't fed it carrots & veggies starting it out on the wrong path from the get go all for it to get home and end up possibly passing away from bloat, or gastrointestinal stasis where its stomach lining isnt matured enough to handle that type of food just yet.

Its fed a quality feed to get it started it on the right track as well as new owner's are told up front about the safe practices feed wise for their bunnies starting out.

🏠 Quality housing = healthy buns
Cages, pens, fans, water systems, cleaning tools, safe bedding… it’s not cheap to do it right & We do not personally ration feed here.

🧬 We don’t play DNA roulette.
Selective breeding takes time. We don’t “accidentally” end up with good temperament, or color genetics.

I am a firm believer that if I wouldn't let my children freely be around a rabbit because of its wild temperament, then I don't need to sell that rabbit or breed that rabbit to possibly pass that temperament down to be around other peoples children.

Do rabbits come to their new homes a little nervous, yes- that is apart of the transition process. Can they end up nervous if not played with enough, also yes.

Sadly that is completely different then getting a rabbit that is untouchable where its lines were aggressive and it's passed down through breeding.

•Time•
Rabbits need daily care. Breeders don’t get weekends off. Babies need monitoring, mommas need support, and we’re usually up at weird hours making sure everyone survives.

••Education & experience••
We’ve spent countless hours learning, asking questions, & researching how to be better then practicing what were taught and doing the hands-on work to get it right. (A HUGE thank you to all of our breeder friends that has helped us learn along the way!)
Are we there yet? No, but we're working on it. 💗

Are we more expensive then more seasoned breeders, absolutely not- we're not to that point yet with our type. But we don't price to keep up with others just because we can either!
We price on our type and the work we have put into the rabbits.
You may or may not be quoted the different prices per rabbit each time you ask for information due to this. :)

•Not every rabbit makes the cut as a pet, and not all rabbits make the cut as a breeder when they leave here.
We don’t sell everything we breed to just whoever, and some simply do not come with pedigrees if we feel like they wouldn't make good breeders for others, or if they are just simply better as pets.

So no — this isn’t a side hustle, a quick buck, or a hobby with a fluffy bow.
This is WORK, and we take it seriously.

Our prices reflect the quality, the care, and the standards we live by and are striving for.

Let us hear your thoughts!

What breeds of rabbits would you like to see from us? We are currently contemplating moving away from holland lops and towards a more 'unique' (maybe less common) breed. Any suggestions?

Considering:
American Teddywidders
Tans (the breed)
Continental Giants
English Spots
English Angoras

If you have any of the above listed breeds, tell us about their personalities! What is your favorite and least favorite things about them?

-We will still have Netherland Dwarfs and English Lops-

These two sweet girls are 👀4️⃣🏠 (PET ONLY)

Yet another two I took in because sometimes my heart is too big😅

These two girls are super affectionate. Estimated at 10 weeks old, I believe they are some sort of new Zealand mix, and will be bigger than dwarf size, but not too big. (Size is not guaranteed). They are incredibly sweet and get along well (they share a cage and love to groom each other). One is a chocolate harlequin, and one is white with red eyes, with gray on her nose and ears.

Please PM to discuss them🥰
