Official Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas We are a tax exempt animal rescue organization located in Montgomery County, Texas All of our adoptable animals live in volunteer foster homes.

We are a 501c3 non-profit volunteer organization located in Montgomery County, Texas. No one takes a salary so all the money raised or donated can be used for the rescued animals.

Meet Charlie! Charlie had the good luck of being saved from being hit by a car by a good Samaritan. She has tried to find his owner now for 3 months. A rescue agreed to intake but they backed out.

The good Samaritan is having major health issues and cannot take care of him.

He has good manners and is housetrained.
