Summer is coming, and so is Wyoming!

I’ve got about 3 weeks left before I head out west and am gone for the summer! I’m booking the remaining spots I have left available before I go.

If I had to recommend one thing before summer riding, shows, and rodeos—it would be bodywork!
Releasing that built-up tightness can make a huge difference in how they move, feel, and perform. And there’s nothing better than a relaxed, comfortable horse doing their job well.

Message me for pricing and to get on the schedule before I leave!!

One of the coolest parts of bodywork is seeing the body respond. This performance horse had just been body clipped, which really showed the veins enhancing in response to the massage.

As the muscles start to release, circulation improves — which is why you can see the veins popping more here. Increased blood flow helps bring oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and supports recovery.

Small changes that make a big difference for the horse. Reach out to book your horses next massage

Are you starting to get tired of riding in this cold weather? I’ve got a limited amount of exercise riding/training openings as long as you’ve got an appropriate and safe riding area for me to work with! I also have groundwork sessions available for the youngsters, and equine massages are easy to work into my schedule as well. Send me a message and let’s get something scheduled!

Foundation work isn’t just about teaching cues, it’s about building a body that can handle the work down the road.

This 3 year-old’s session was focused on rhythm, balance, and light pole work. Poles are one of my favorite tools for developing topline strength and coordination without stress. Every step encourages her to lift through her core, stretch her back, and move with more awareness.

When I combine this kind of training with regular massage, I can catch tightness or uneven development early — helping each horse move freer, feel better, and progress with confidence.

At Cactus Creek Training Co., I believe correct development creates willing athletes — from the inside out. 🌵

If you’re curious about how bodywork and foundation training can help your horse move and feel their best, message me to learn more.
