“Tiny but mighty” is the best phrase I could use to describe this 12 pound bundle of happiness. Sundae is a sweet and playful rat terrier who LOVES to play, run and sunbathe. The vet estimated that she is approximately 2 years old. She likes to play with other pups (big and small) but also enjoys snoozing in a soft bed, her preferred spot being in your arms. She is kennel trained, does well on a leash and in the car. Sundae would be a wonderful addition to an active family who has other dogs, or to someone who would want to make her a chill plus one for all your adventures. She will flourish wherever she is and will always keep you feeling loved.
Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, a vet check, deworming, spay, a microchip and a heartworm test. Sundae is heartworm negative. If you are interested, please complete the application listed below

This little cutie is Almond Joy. When we took supplies to the Monroe County Animal Shelter, one of our fosters saw her sitting all alone in a wire crate and just could not leave her behind. She is three months old and only weighs 9 pounds. She is the sweetest girl! She loves to give kisses. If you do not like being licked a lot, she is not the girl for you. She does great with other dogs and is very active and playful. She will need a home where she can expend all of that puppy energy. A home with another dog or an older kid would be ideal. Small kids are not recommended because she likes to chew before and after each round of kisses. She is learning that it is not appropriate to chew on fingers and arms, but she still has way to go.
She is not house trained, but is smart and should learn quickly. She does great in the kennel during the day and likes to snuggle in the bed with her foster mom at night.
Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, vet check, deworming, spay and a microchip. If you are interested, please complete the application below.

We are looking for a foster for this super sweet girl! She was found under a trailer and a kind citizen scooped her up, but cannot keep her. She is very loving and would be grateful to eventually find a real home. If you can open your home to a foster, or want to foster to adopt, please fill out an application listed in the comments.

Dakota was rescued from a burn pile, but thankfully, those days are behind her. She's now doing great in her foster home and showing everyone what a wonderful little dog she is!

At just 7 months old and 35 pounds, Dakota has already figured out quite a few things about living in a home!

❤️ Good with kids, cats, and other dogs
🐾 Potty trained
🏡 Crate trained — and actually likes her crate! She'll hang out in there even with the door open.
🦮 Enjoys walks and does well on a leash
💕 Loves spending time with her people

Dakota enjoys attention but can also settle down and relax. She's still young and learning, but she's already off to a great start!

Her past wasn't the best, but her future is looking much brighter. Now she just needs a family of her own.

Adoption fee is $175 and includes spay, vaccinations, and microchip. Northeast transport options are available.

This cute little scruffy girl is Scampi. She was found roaming all alone. A kind citizen gained her trust and took her home. She is now ready to be adopted! The vet estimated that she is approximately 9 months old. She is almost full grown at 16 pounds. She can jump really high and likes to jump into the arms of her trusted human. She is crate trained and does ok with kids. She does well with other dogs but needs a chance to warm up to bigger dogs that might seem intimidating. Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, vet check, deworming, spay, a microchip and a heartworm test. Scampi is negative.
