We specialize in building quality custom PVC enclosures for all types of reptiles.

All enclosures are handcrafted in Minnesota to meet your reptile caging needs. After owning several reptiles over the years I found myself frustrated in finding the perfect enclosure, I spent hours researching the enclosure requirements for various reptiles and decided to build one for myself. I quickly realized that others were also looking for quality and affordable enclosures for their reptiles as well thus Kages was born. We are a small family owned business dedicated to building quality enclosures from our home to yours. Built to fit our 4'x2' customizable enclosures, so your lighting remains hidden from sight, but also protected from animals and small fingers! 3 circular holes line the back of the hood for air exchange, but also ease of cord management.

Setting up a ball python? Get the size right from the start. Adults need at least a 4x2x2, and some females will outgrow that into 5x2x2 or even 6x2x2 territory.

Humidity is where most setups fall short. Ball pythons want 60-80% during the day and 80-100% at night, and that's hard to hold in glass or think pvc. Our thick PVC panels are more effective at retaining moisture, so you're not fighting your enclosure just to hit the numbers your snake needs.

Basking spot at 90-100°F, ambient cool side at 72-80°F, and never let the ambient temperatures climb past 95°F. Pair that with a high-output T5 HO at 6% UVB (or Shadedweller Max) aimed for a 2.0-3.0 UVI at the basking spot, and you've got the full picture.

Every one of these numbers gets easier to hit with a setup built for your snake. 🐍
