If you browse your local lost and found dog groups you’ll see lots of pet owners looking for their dogs that they “put out” or dogs that “got out” or even dogs that decided to run off because the owners “live in the country” and let their dogs run loose because they “always come back”…until they don’t.
Lots of people need to do better where their dogs are concerned.
