We have had MANY people tell us to start a Gofundme for our rescue. If you would like to help with the dog crisis in our area, please consider giving. If you can’t give, that’s okay too, even a like and share are appreciated!

Every day is at So, Fetch Safe Haven! This is a photo of our CTO (Chief Treat Officer) Mr. Nilsson. Not to be confused with his sister, our President of Belly Rubs, Pippy Longbottom (not pictured because she was getting her belly rubbed). ❤️ It takes a village, and we’re thankful for the best staff!

❤️Molly❤️
Named after our vice presidents first dog, meet a beautiful German Shepherd mix, Molly!

Molly was tracked for weeks by good samaritans who watched her belly grow. Nobody could get close enough to her to catch her, and when she was MIA for a a couple of days, she was suspected to have given birth.

Spotted in a tree line, the people that lived near Molly put out a house and some food. Molly carried 5 puppies from across the muddy field, into the shelter.

One night after a Molly sighting, the So, Fetch Team walked the muddy tree line through the ditches and came across this sweet girl and her babies. With their umbilical cords still fresh, it had only been a day or so since birth.

The rain started slowly and we knew we had to get her up and out. Molly was dumped and we have very little signs of domestication.

One team member grabbed puppies while another one talked to sweet Molly enough to get a slip lead on her. She was scared. She fought. But as we showed her our hearts, she showed us hers.

As her babies continue to get adopted, she has been motherly to other litters of puppies that So, Fetch has taken in, showing them the ropes and teaching them how to play.

She is still skittish, but her heart is as big as Texas.

If you would like to donate to Mollys care or have a question about adopting her, please message us directly!

Shiloh got her name because she is the shyest of the litter. When everyone is running to a ball or to chase one of our So, Fetch team, she’s the last of the group. Cautious, yet curious.

Her sweet demeanor keeps her lounging and sitting while others are running and jumping. Truly the sweetest puppy, ready to be yours!

She smells like oatmeal and holds onto your arms when you pick her up. TOO. SWEET.

Message us for adoption or foster details!

Who’s ready for some Odin, because Odin is ready for YOU!

Now backed by a lifetime supply of LOYALTY, LOVE and ENTERTAINMENT, it is the perfect time for you to jump on an opportunity with this sweet guy!

Low miles, great condition, runs well, uses unleaded (just kidding).

You may not be able to tell by the pictures, but this dog also comes with built in-ultra sonic sound wave connectors (his ears) and he is ready to hear that he is a good boy daily!

Clean title, message for details!

🐾Did someone say “fosters”?! 🐾

So, Fetch Safe Haven has had an influx of puppies from Ellis County! Right now, one of our biggest needs is FOSTERS!

The rescues are full. The shelters are full and one way the general public can help is to foster a dog. ❤️

If you would like to add joy, love and laughter to your home, even if only for a little bit, please message us today!

Mia is THE BEST girl! She’s all husky and ready to please. She enjoys running outside and playing in the water bowl. 😂

Mia has been great with other dogs and doesn’t seem bothered by kids. She LOVES love and is food motivated!

Mia is utd on shots and kennel trained, she is now waiting on her forever family!

So, Fetch Safe Haven got a message that a momma had given birth to some puppies under her porch. We went after a night of VBS prep and grabbed these sweet babies! They got fresh baths and nail trims and are ready for their forever homes (or lucky fosters😉).

Without further ado, please say hello to Charlotte, Walter, Shiloh, Elle Woods and Charlie!

💛 Maggie Update💛

This is not the update we were hoping to share. Sweet Maggie went in for a spay through a reputable network that has done thousands of spays, but her surgery was botched.

After the initial surgery, Maggie refused to get in her kennel (which is unlike her) and refused to get in the car (which is very unlike her). She barked and tried to get the attention of the staff until they realized that she was hemorrhaging.

They opened her up a second time, resulting in what we can tell, a panicked suture job.

They released her back to us where her bleeding continued.

We took her to Midlothian ER where they opened her up for a THIRD time and they were appalled. Maggie had sutures EVERY WHERE. They had put sutures in her kidney, pancreas, and ureter.

They took amazing care of her and we have continued that care while she is with us. Although she is doing well at the moment, the botched spay has deemed Maggie a medical dog. At any moment, her body could start feeling the effects of this situation.

Mag is still the sweetest girl. Whoever decides to love her forever, will be the luckiest dog owner in the world. Humans have failed her, but she still wags her tail when we come through the door. From a hoarding situation, locked in a cage for days on end without food and water, to now dealing with medical issues, she’s a fighter. We believe that she will still get her happily ever after.

We’re fighting for you Maggie, just as hard as you’ve fought to stay alive in this rough world.
