🍰🐾 Happy National Dessert Day!

While the humans are dreaming of cheesecake, brownies, and pumpkin pie, Andrew has a different idea of the perfect treat! 😹

Apparently, his favorite flavor is Chewy Toy Surprise, served with a side of belly-up relaxation! 🐱❤️

At Paula's Pet Sitting, we know that every pet has their own idea of the sweet life. Whether it's a favorite toy, a little extra playtime, or some one-on-one attention, we love making their days special!

🍂 Planning a fall getaway or working long days? Let us spoil your pets with a little extra attention while you're away!

Paula's Pet Sitting — Making life a little sweeter, one visit at a time! 🐾

Thanks to Pet Sitter Marcia for this "sweet" pic of our pet client Andrew!

🐾 Apparently Vada has this pet-sitting thing figured out!

Step 1: Bring your favorite blue bone.
Step 2: Convince your pet sitter that playtime is absolutely necessary.
Step 3: Roll around in the grass like nobody's watching.
Step 4: Repeat. 😂💙

These photos from Vada's recent visits pretty much sum up what we love about what we do. A pet-sitting visit isn't just about filling a food bowl or opening the back door. It's playtime, exercise, companionship, belly rubs, silly moments and having someone show up just for them. 🐶❤️

And this quieter time of year is a great time to add a little extra fun to your dog's week!

Whether you have a long workday, plans for the afternoon, or simply have a dog who would LOVE having a visitor come over to walk and play, Paula's Pet Sitting is here to help.

🐾 Midday dog walks
🐾 Play and companionship visits
🐾 Vacation pet care
🐾 Care right in the comfort of your pet's own home

Your dog doesn't need to know you're booking the visit for them. We'll let them think we just stopped by to play. 😉

Current PPS clients can send us a message through Time To Pet to get on the schedule.

P.S. Vada gives the blue bone approximately 14/10. 💙🐾

A big thank you to Pet Sitter Marcia for capturing this fun moment with Pet Client Vada!

🐾💛 Ella and Little Lulu have clearly figured out the secret to a great day: sunshine, fresh grass, a best friend to play with, and a pet sitter there to make it all happen! ☀️🐶🐶

Whether it’s a good roll in the grass, a little backyard exploring, or a full-speed game of chase, our visits aren’t just about feeding and potty breaks. We want your pets to have fun, companionship, exercise, and plenty of attention while you’re away.

Because when their people can’t be there, Paula’s Pet Sitting can. ❤️🐾

🩷 Meet Sweetheart! He's 26 years young and pretty in pink! 🦜

Who says pet sitting is just for dogs and cats?

This handsome gentleman is Sweetheart, a 26-year-old Cockatoo and one of the many feathered friends we're lucky enough to care for at Paula's Pet Sitting!

While dogs and cats may get most of the spotlight, our pet-sitting family includes some pretty wonderful birds and other small animals, too!

Whether your best friend has fur, feathers, or scales, we understand that every pet has their own personality, routines, and special care needs. ❤️

🐾 Planning a getaway or need a helping hand with your pets? We'd love to hear from you!

Someone has to make sure those squirrels aren't up to anything suspicious! 🐱🐾

Happy fall from Boo and all of us at Paula's Pet Sitting! 🍂❤️

Thank you Pet Sitter Marcia for this great pic!

NOW HIRING: Overnight & Every-Other-Weekend Pet Sitters

Do you love animals and want to earn extra income alongside your full-time daytime job?

Paula’s Pet Sitting is looking for dependable pet sitters who are available every other weekend and holidays, with the ability to help with occasional weekday bedtime visits and, especially, overnight pet sitting.

For overnight care, you stay in the client’s home with their pets from approximately 9:15 PM–6:45 AM. You are able to sleep overnight while providing the pets with comfort, company, and their normal bedtime and morning routine.

Our overnight shifts are generally 9:15 PM–6:45 AM, making this a great fit for someone who works during the day but would enjoy caring for pets in the evenings and on alternating weekends.

We are looking for someone who is kind, responsible, comfortable working independently in clients’ homes, has a reliable insured vehicle, and can pass a background check and drug screen. Prior pet-care experience is helpful, but a genuine love of animals and dependable availability matter most.

Interested? Apply here:

Please share with someone who would be a wonderful fit for our team!

Zelda and I love being able to enjoy downtown together! ❤️ Here we are at ONe eighteen, enjoying the patio, a pet-friendly snack for Zelda, and some live music downtown. 🎶🐶

Did you know we have several restaurants where your pup can join the fun? Clock and Candle Brewatorium, one of Midland’s newest spots, has a pet-friendly patio and pet treat menu—and Beatniks welcome pups on their patios, too!

What’s your favorite Midland spot to take your dog? Share it in the comments—we’d love to discover more!

And when your plans aren’t dog friendly, that’s when you call us. 😉🐾
