A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a bunny. Babies are reserved on a first come first serve basis. If something happens to your bunny while in our care you can pick another bunny. If you place a deposit and change your mind, your deposit will NOT be refunded. If you don't answer messages or don't show up when your bunny is ready for pickup the bunny will be offered to someone else, NO refunds given. If you cannot pick up your bunny on scheduled pick up day, we will hold your rabbit for one week if balance is paid in full. Gender is not guaranteed and is checked multiple times to the best of our ability. I don't refund for incorrect gender once you take bunny. Bunnies and chickens are sold healthy to the best of my knowledge. We would not knowingly sell a sick animal. Once they leave our property we are no longer reaponisble or liable for their health as we no longer control what level of care, element exposure, dietary changes, stress, or other animals they are exposed to. Our rabbits are handled daily from birth by adults and children. They may need a little time to adjust to a new environment especially after leaving their mom and littermates. Please bring a carrier to transport your animals home. We do have carrier boxes that we can provide for $5. Please let me know if you will be needing one of our carriers. Bunnies must be picked up within one week of ready date, or they will be put back up for sale (deposit will NOT be refunded).
