All I wanted was ONE peaceful walk…

For the first few seconds, she’s walking like the perfect little angel. Nice and calm, staying right beside me, making me think, “Wow… we’re finally getting the hang of this!”

And then… absolutely NOT.

Suddenly the leash is a chew toy, she’s pulling in every direction, and my peaceful little walk has officially turned into a full-body workout.

Why do dogs act like they’ve never seen a leash before the second they decide it’s time to lose their minds?

Please tell me I’m not the only one whose “nice relaxing walk” turns into this!

Six months ago, you could fit in the palm of my hand, and now look at you. I can’t believe Cocoa is already 6 months old today. Having her in my life since she was just a tiny 6-week-old baby has been the biggest blessing, but it is truly flying by way too fast.
It feels like just yesterday I was navigating those sleepless puppy nights, watching her take her first clumsy steps around the house, and falling in love with her big, curious eyes. Now, she’s growing into the smartest, sweetest girl, and I genuinely look at her and ask myself where the time went. Watching her grow over these past few months has been the most beautiful, bittersweet journey. She has brought so much joy, chaos, and unconditional love into my world, and I wouldn't trade a single second of it.
Please slow down, Cocoa. You're growing up way too fast.
