Flannel and fur show
Mercury is not impressed. Pretty sure he was thinking his show days were a thing of the past.

Tomorrow is the Just for Fun rabbit club show in Coldwater (Michigan). The theme is flannels and fur. Got our rabbits selected, now for the flannel. 🤔

No fault of his own, unfortunately buyer did not follow through

RockStar's RS65

Broken Black NZ Buck
Dob: 4/23/26
Weight: 9lbs

This fellow made his debut on the show table a few weekends ago and had already earned 2 BOV legs, and a BOSB leg this past Saturday in Coldwater, MI.
He is for your consideration. All favorable comments from judges. Beautiful pattern. And the quality of his fur is excellent.

Fun fact: skunks eat ground bees, by the nest full. They literally dig up the nests and have a nice meal!

The past two weeks have been very busy for us. New litters in the barn and rabbit shows both weekends.

Last weekend Luke showed at South Bend (IN). The show team was comprised of mostly juniors who showed as intermediates due to their weight.
Luke and the team brought home legs and lots of favorable comments. Results will be posted when the official report is released.

Yesterday we attended the Miss Sala Bash + Duneland RCF show. Hands down this has been my favorite show to attend this year. The hosting clubs did a wonderful job. The show ran very smoothly. So smooth in fact that the chair I brought never got sat in, it only had the pleasure of holding my backpack!
Our show team consisted of all the same rabbits as last week with one exception. I felt torn on which of my red junior bucks to entire and for different reasons. Both got entered and my young broken red buck sat this one out.
We brought home lots of favorable comments and multiple legs for Best of Variety and Best Opposite of Variety. As well as a Best Opposite of S*x Breed with one of our intermediate red does. A detailed summary will be shared when the official report is received.

Yesterday I literally only took 1 picture the entire day. And that is the one you see with this post 😂
