Your dog will get our undivided attention throughout their entire appt. DOG PICK UP POLICY:
* If you arrive early to pick up your pet, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE until we call or text you to say that your dog is ready for pickup. An excited pet can be dangerous to work on if they see you before their groom is completed and it takes time to calm them to continue safely. If you have questions or
concerns after drop off, please send us a message.
* All dogs must be picked up within 1 HALF HOUR of being notified that the dog/s are ready from grooming. Each dog left over 1 hour will incur a fee. All dogs must be picked up by an authorized person no later than the close of business at 3PM. NO SHOW/CANCELLATIONS:
* No shows, last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or continual re-scheduling are subject to a $50.00 FEE PER DOG which will be charged on the same day.
**We understand there are emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have filled your appointment. PAYMENT POLICY:
* Payments accepted are Venmo, Cash or Check. Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.
* Venmo payments MUST be completed within 1 HOUR of pick up.
