UPDATE -- April has found a home!! --Thank you all!

🐾 Meet April! - Female Goldendoodle🐾

Born October 28, 2024, April is looking for a special place to call home.

April began her journey in a service dog in training program but has decided she'd rather pursue a career as a full-time companion. While she enjoys learning and working with her people, she isn't a fan of busy public environments, so we're looking for a family where she can simply enjoy being a beloved companion.

April can be a little reserved when meeting new people and may need a little time to settle into a new home. Once she feels comfortable, she's an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl who forms a loving bond with her family. A little patience in the beginning will be rewarded with a loyal companion.

A little about April:

🐾 Spayed

🐾 Up to date on vaccinations

🐾 House trained with a consistent routine

🐾 Kennel trained

🐾 Obedience trained

🐾 Great with other dogs

🐾 Raised around children

🐾 Enjoys having a job to do

🐾 Would make a wonderful family companion or loyal companion for a single person

We're looking for a family that will appreciate April for who she is and give her the time, patience, and routine she needs to thrive.

If you think April might be the right fit for your family, send us a private message or contact Mauri @ 731-212-0714 at Duckhill Kennels North. We'd be happy to answer your questions and share additional photos and videos.

❤️ We can't wait to help April find the loving home she deserves.

🇺🇸 Some dogs were simply born to work! 🇺🇸

This Labor Day, we couldn't resist celebrating the kind of work our Labradors love most.

Generations of thoughtful breeding have gone into producing dogs with the drive, athleticism and natural retrieving ability to head into the field and do the work they were bred to do.

But what makes these dogs so special isn't simply their ability to work. It's the enthusiasm they bring to it. For them, a day in the field isn't just a job. It's exactly where they want to be.

Today we celebrate hardworking people everywhere, and here at Duckhill Kennels, we're also giving a little extra recognition to the four-legged workers who never seem to realize they're working at all. ❤️

Happy Labor Day from all of us at Duckhill Kennels! ❤️🐾

From Duckhill North puppy to adventures out in the world. ❤️🐾

One of the best parts of raising puppies is getting to see the dogs they grow into.

This handsome young Duckhill North boy was out exploring today and apparently found a friend who was just a little bigger than he is. 😂🐄

Happy, curious and ready to experience the world around him.

If you've been thinking about adding to your family, follow Duckhill North and reach out directly to Mauri for information.
