Critical Memphis Animals We are paid nothing. We will block no one, unless conversations get out of hand. So, a large part of our work is on gathering pledges for these animals.

Who We Are & What is Our Mission

We are simply a group of volunteers that love animals and are trying to save them with our talents. We work day & night to get as much information as possible on each animal posted so that rescues can commit.

We believe that rescues need help with heartworm treatment, surgery, boarding, & other expenses. We do not collect this money, t

hen pass it on. Once rescued, the animal's post will provide information on where to honor pledges, once the Rescue has notified us that their rescue saved said animal. Many disagree with pledging & encourage folks to donate directly to a rescue of your choice. Some folks even post our listings on their personal page to help with this process. Remember, pledges are for rescues, not individuals. The Internet is large enough for everyone & we will make every attempt to link this information together.

‼️Statement from Critical Memphis Page Admins:
We are Not the shelter. We are networkers. Our page raises pledges to help 501c3 rescues that pull urgent dogs from MAS. If you pledge on a dog, once a MAS approved 501c3 pet placement partner (rescue that is screened and approved by MAS) commits and pulls the dog that you pledged for, we put donors and rescue into a group message. You will then donate directly to that rescue - for that particular dog.
If the dog is adopted (or sadly, euthanized) no pledges are collected.
