Meet Koast — a heart of gold in a curly coat!

This 2-year-old boy came to us needing medical care but thanks to our amazing vet team and loving foster care, we are proud he is now healthy, happy, and ready for his furever home! 🐾 🏡

Koast is sweet, playful, cat-friendly, and wonderful with other dogs. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, walks well on leash, and knows his manners — sit, down, paw, and even “drop it” (though he’d prefer to keep the ball! 🎾).

He loves attention, settles in beautifully, and even enjoys a good brushing. His curly coat may not be golden, but his heart certainly is!

There was a lot of interest in sweet Oakley, but in the end, her foster family just couldn’t let her go. And looking at this snuggle pile, we completely see why!

Oakley — now Shelby — is officially part of the Rehder family. She went from life as a stray, to a shelter, to her happy furever after. These are exactly the stories we’re in rescue for! 🐾💛
