❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU FROM 2 HEARTS 1 MISSION! ❤️

First, we want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out and shown interest in helping us make our FREE Christmas Shopping Event possible! 🥰 Your willingness to support us means more than you know. It truly warms our hearts to see people believe in our mission and want to help us give back to our community!

We’ve been working hard preparing all the items and are just tying up a few loose ends before sharing all the exciting details with everyone! 🎄🎁

Our goal is to hold the event on a Saturday during the 1st or 2nd week of November, depending on the weather. We want to beat the cold, as well as the Thanksgiving and Black Friday rush!

💝 For those who offered to contribute: Funds can be sent through either of the following:

❤️ Venmo: https://Venmo.com/twohearts1mission

❤️ Cash App: https://Cash.app/$2hearts1mission

If you prefer, cash or check can also be brought the day of the event. ‼️Please let us know ASAP as we are waiting for everyone's response before posting final details & a date‼️

🎁 For those who offered to volunteer with setup, preparing gift baskets, or helping during the event, please let us know if you would be available on either of those Saturdays, weather permitting!

We are so excited about the possibility of making this happen and bringing a little extra Christmas joy to families in our community, while also helping us continue our completely free lost-pet tracking, trapping, and recovery work.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for believing in us, supporting our mission, and helping us make a difference! It takes a community to make something like this possible, and we are incredibly grateful to have you in our corner. ❤️🐾

With love and gratitude, 2 Hearts 1 Mission Trapping & Recovery ❤️

❤️🐾 WE NEED TO BE HONEST WITH OUR COMMUNITY.

This is not an easy post for us to make, but we feel it's important to share where things currently stand for 2 Hearts 1 Mission Trapping & Recovery.

Kelly and I volunteer our time helping families in our community track, trap, and recover their lost pets, completely free of charge. We take on difficult cases, spend countless hours searching, and cover the many expenses that come with this work.

Our annual garage sale is what allows us to continue helping families throughout the year. Unfortunately, after an incredibly busy summer helping lost pets, our sale was repeatedly unsuccessful due to the weather and timing.

We now find ourselves in a position we never wanted to be in: we have no funds available to continue covering the expenses of lost-pet recovery.

We recently shared an idea for a free community Christmas shopping day🎄🎅 with pre-made gift baskets too! Hoping to turn our unsold items (which are almost ALL BRAND NEW) into something wonderful for local families while finding a way to keep our mission going. We asked our followers if anyone would be willing to help chip in to make this happen. Unfortunately, we haven't received much interest so far.

We're not sharing this to make anyone feel obligated. We understand that times are difficult for many families. ❤️

We're sharing this because we want our community to understand that although our time is volunteered, the expenses involved in helping lost pets are very real.

Without a way to replenish our funds, we may have to temporarily pause taking on new cases until we're able to cover the costs involved. That is something we desperately hoped to avoid.

If you've ever followed one of our recoveries, shared a missing pet's post, or watched a family finally reunite with their beloved pet, you know why this mission means so much to us.

We're asking our followers to please help spread the word, share our posts, and let us know if you have any ideas that could help us keep going.

We never started this mission for recognition. We started because lost pets need help, and their families deserve someone willing to stand beside them.

We want to keep being those people. ❤️🐾

If you are interested in helping chip in any amount towards this Christmas shopping event for the community- please send us a private message with the amount your able to give, so we can ultimately see if we have enough to make this happen♥️🎅🎄🐾

Thank you for being part of our community and for allowing us to be part of your lost-pet journeys.

🎄❤️ HELP US MAKE A LITTLE CHRISTMAS MAGIC HAPPEN! 🐾

2 Hearts 1 Mission Trapping & Recovery holds a HUGE summer garage sale to help cover the expenses of volunteering our time to track, trap & recover lost pets for FREE. Unfortunately, after an incredibly busy summer helping lost pets, our sale was rained out, and our next two attempts weren't successful.

Now we have over 100 totes of wonderful items, most brand new,
‼️These are not CHEAP items- see video attached for a short preview of just some of the items‼️We'd love to turn this into something special! 🎁

❤️ OUR IDEA: Host a FREE Christmas shopping day for our community, allowing everyone to choose 2–3 items at no cost! Tons of giftbags/wrapping paper too♥️

🎄 HOW CAN YOU HELP? Would you consider voluntarily chipping in just $1–$5 to help make this possible? With enough community support, we could help local families enjoy a little extra Christmas cheer while also helping us continue our lost-pet recovery efforts throughout the year!

There is absolutely NO obligation. Thank you for always supporting our little volunteer mission. Every share, every kind word, and every bit of support helps us continue making a difference for lost pets and the people who love them.

🐾 WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

To our dedicated
❤️Followers & supporters❤️

We would like everyone to know after the recent News segment that the safe return of all animals we are working on is what matters most, and we are incredibly grateful when we witness pets being reunited & finally going home with their family. ❤️ At the end of the day, that is why we dedicate our time to helping lost pets.

However, we do feel it is important to acknowledge the tremendous amount of work that goes into bringing these pets home safely.
2 Hearts 1 Mission Trapping & Recovery dedicates countless hours into cases, including extensive searching, monitoring sightings, researching behavior, coordinating access to properties, establishing feeding stations and trail cameras, monitoring those cameras around the clock, and continually adjusting our efforts to give animals the best possible chance of survival and recovery. These are most times not easy cases. Most dogs are extremely skittish and in survival mode, which require patience, persistence, and a great deal of behind-the-scenes work.

We also want to recognize Travis with Aerial Precision Solutions, who dedicates hours of searching with his thermal drone and consistently goes above and beyond to assist with the recovery and other needs of these cases. His commitment and willingness to be there when needed makes him a valued part of these efforts. Travis goes out of his way to fit people in without hesitation, offer financial discounts when people are in despair and on multiple occasions has stayed extended amounts of time to search out of the kindness of his heart.

We absolutely understand that sharing posts, putting up flyers, and spreading awareness can play a role in helping lost pets. Every legitimate effort to get the word out has value. However, there is also an enormous amount of ongoing, hands-on work that often happens behind the scenes and is not always visible to the public.

We don't volunteer because we want recognition, and we never want a lost pet's reunion to become a competition over who deserves credit. But we do believe that acknowledging the people who dedicate weeks of their time, resources, equipment, and personal sacrifices to make a safe recovery possible is important and fair.

These recoveries involve a great deal of dedication, and we are proud of the work that has been done by our team and Travis. We will continue doing what we do for one reason: because these animals deserve every chance to make it home, and their families deserve the opportunity to hold them again. ❤️🐾
On behalf of 2 Hearts 1 Mission Trapping & Recovery & Aerial Precision Solutions we greatly appreciate each & everyone of you for your continued support ❤️
