"Moon" is able to walk herself outside in the morning now! She's been in great spirits despite the discomfort from the jaw surgery. She's still in recovery, and we expect a few more vet visits, but everyday she's a bit stronger.

(We've started calling her that because she was found on the day of the Harvest Moon)

UPDATE:
We're pleased to say that she's gone through surgery for her broken jaw and has been recuperating for the past few days. She had no other broken bones, but her jaw was severely damaged. She has a check-up tomorrow to see if things are still set correctly.

Hello,

A German Shepherd was delivered into our care after she was found in Pharr, likely hit by a car. She sustained injuries to her jaw, and cannot walk. We humbly ask for any donations and shares that can be spared so we can cover the medical expenses.

Sadie the Yorkie-poodle got a haircut! She's only 3 and did so well. Such a sweetie. She's also up for adoption!

Angel Baby was a total champ for her spay appointment and was so patient during her recovery. She's had quite a month! She'll be happy to finally go on walks again.

April is one of our rescues that needs to forever home.
She's a full-blooded Great Dane. She's 2.5 years old and is super playful. She works best with other large dogs, due to her size.

She was left in Alamo with a broken arm, but found her way with Truffles (the little black dog here). A resident noticed them and told us about them. She's now completely healed and at a healthy weight.

We're located in McAllen, but as always we're willing to drive if it means she can find a good home.
