The day started bright & early at 5:00 AM! 🪱🐦

While I headed out to complete 6 morning routine visits, my husband held down the fort by taking care of our pups, Chance and Bonnie, and tending to our garden. 💦🪻🐕 🐕

Having a partner who supports both me and this business in so many ways makes these busy seasons possible. 🥰

Once the morning rush was complete, our family team reunited. Chance and Bonnie hopped aboard, and now we're all on the road together as Pet & Plant Nanny LLC tackles another packed day of caring for pets across the community. 🚗

Today's schedule includes a total of 19 visits, officially making it our busiest day! 🎉🐾

📆 Busy Day at Pet & Plant Nanny LLC! 🥇

Today is one of those days that reminds me just how much trust my clients place in me. 🥹

My day started at 6:00 AM, and with 16 scheduled visits on the calendar, there is absolutely no wiggle room. As I write this, I'm already 3 visits in, and I'll be moving from client to client non-stop until approximately 11:00 PM tonight.😅

From dogs and cats to small animals, plants, medications, walks, feedings, and enrichment visits, every pet is counting on me to show up and provide the care they deserve.🐕

If you're waiting on a text, call, email, or social media response today or tomorrow, please be patient with me! I am fully booked both days! I promise I'm not ignoring anyone—I'm simply out doing what I love most: caring for your pets and homes. 😻

Days like today are long, but they're also incredibly rewarding. Thank you to every client who trusts Pet & Plant Nanny LLC with their furry, feathered, scaled, and whiskered family members.

Now it's time to grab my keys and head to the next visit! 🚗

💜 Bonnie "Baby Girl" – A Certified Daddy's Girl 💜

If there's one thing everyone should know about Bonnie, it's that she is 100% a Daddy's Girl. 🐕

Don't get me wrong—she loves her mom, but when Dad walks through the door, it's game over. Suddenly, I'm invisible and her entire world revolves around him. Whether he's sitting on the couch, working on a project, or just walking from one room to another, Bonnie is right there by his side. 😘

She waits for him, follows him, cuddles with him, and somehow always finds her way into his lap. If given the choice between Mom and Dad, Bonnie doesn't even hesitate. Dad wins every single time. 🌟

As a Boston Terrier, she already has a huge personality, but her bond with her dad is something special. The excitement she shows when she sees him, the way she looks at him, and how she always wants to be involved in whatever he's doing is a daily reminder of just how strong the connection between people and their dogs can be. 💞

My husband may be a handyman, creator, cook, receptionist, chauffeur, personal assistant, and all-around supporter of Pet & Plant Nanny, but his most important title is definitely Bonnie's favorite human. 🐾

And honestly? He wears that title proudly! 🏆

🌹 A Much-Needed Day Date 🌹

After what feels like nonstop work, long days, early mornings, late nights, pet visits, market prep, and everything in between, my husband and I finally took a little time for ourselves and enjoyed a day date at the Ohio Summerfest. 🎡

Running a small business often means there's always something that needs done, and behind every successful business owner is often someone helping in ways that don't always get recognized. My husband wears more hats than I can count! 🤠

✅ He's my handyman when something needs fixing.
✅ He's my substitute Manny when an extra set of hands is needed.
✅ He's a creator who helps bring our ideas to life.
✅ He's my receptionist when my phone won't stop ringing.
✅ He's my cook when I've worked a 14-hour day and forgotten to eat.

But most importantly, he's the best dog dad to Chance and Bonnie. 🐶🥇🐶

Through every busy season, every market, every project, and every crazy schedule, he's been right there supporting me and cheering on Pet & Plant Nanny LLC. 🥳

Taking a few hours to slow down, enjoy the festival, and spend quality time together was exactly what we needed. 🎠

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step away from work, recharge, and appreciate the people who help make it all possible. 💚

Here's to good food, good company, and a reminder that even hardworking business owners need time off once in a while. ⚖️

Einstein loves his sissy Sofie 💕🐶🐶

Ft. Training, Enrichment & Senior Care 📚🐾

One of the things I love most about pet care is that no two dogs have the same needs. ⚖️

Recently, I've been spending time with Einstein, a young dog working toward his Good Canine Citizenship goals. At his age, every outing is an opportunity to build confidence, practice good manners, and reinforce the skills that help him become a well-rounded companion. From leash manners and focus around distractions to appropriate social behaviors, consistency is key to long-term success. 🥇

At the same time, I've been caring for his senior sister, Sofie. While Einstein is focused on learning and developing new skills, Sofie's care centers around comfort, routine, and maintaining her quality of life, including carrying her outside if she needs it that day. Senior dogs benefit from gentle exercise, mental enrichment, and individualized attention that respects their changing needs. 🧠

Working with dogs at different stages of life is a great reminder that quality pet care isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether it's helping a young dog build a strong foundation for the future or supporting a senior dog through their golden years, every pet deserves care tailored specifically to them. 💚
