A Time Of Reflection

Looking back at what it truly takes to become a dog trainer, I’m reminded that this journey is built on education, hands-on work, and a whole lot of heart.

My externship wasn’t glamorous — it was real. Long days, tough dogs, behavior puzzles, shelter environments, and the kind of learning you can only get by showing up again and again.Those moments shaped me into the trainer I am today.

Not because the videos were pretty — but because the work was meaningful.Today, I carry those lessons into every session, every dog, and every family I support.
Growth isn’t always photogenic, but it’s always worth it.
