Friday thoughts…
I got into the horse business because I genuinely like horses.
Even on the days when they are less than likable (and let’s be real, we all have those days) and regardless of how long they are in my care, I tend to accumulate them as a herd throughout their life, whether they’re with me or thousands of miles away (I believe they can be friends with other people too and aren’t offended by it).
I sometimes think that our desire to be competitive trumps our desire to be genuine and we put the like and love we have as a secondary objective - don’t ever let that happen.
You don’t have to do the same thing as your neighbor or have the same gadgets or play the same “game”. Create a new game, one that you’re proud of, one that you stand behind - that is truly
