A couple of reminders with a side of dry humor—
I don’t hold for any amount of time without a deposit. If you’re looking for transport, wiping your butt, whatever you are doing. There is zero way for me to know you are serious and will follow through! I am ghosted on the daily by people who are “looking for transport” or “will let me know.” If I don’t know you in real life or we have not previously done business several times, I will not hold for you unless I explicitly say I will.
If you are rude or combative, I have no desire to continue our relationship. I will always be kind and respectful but I will be direct if an issue comes up. If you are overly sensitive or cannot handle someone setting a boundary with you, I am not for you. I will refund with a quickness if you cannot conduct yourself in a professional manner with me.
I know I may be unpopular in this view, but whether you have a placed a deposit or paid in full, that animal is MINE until it leaves my care. If you develop a nasty attitude, I am presented with evidence about your level of care and it doesn’t align with mine, or you are simply argumentative about every little thing, I am cancelling the sale and refunding your money. If you can find a problem with the tiniest details, you will find a problem with a perfectly healthy animal. I will not entertain it. My reputation and integrity are very important to me and I will never send you an animal I am not 100% on.
The animals always come first to me and I care more about their wellbeing than I ever will a dollar. My expectation is that everyone acts like the grown adult they are and treats those around them the way they’d like to be treated and I don’t think that’s too much to ask. As always thank you for being here and not cancelling me when I rant on my page 😘😘
