📣NEW POLICIES!!📣
🐾Cancellation and Reschedule: I have decided to put some policies into action. I know things happen, and life can be a struggle sometimes but both my time and your time is VERY important. Starting September 1st I will start charging a same day cancellation fee, this fee will be $10. The past couple of months I have had quite a few clients cancel last minute or no-called, no-showed, and when that happens it is hard to have someone replace that appointment time and causes scheduling issues as I am getting booked up 2 weeks in advance. I have also been having clients show up late for their appointments, I allow a 15 minute grace period for every client. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to cancel or reschedule. It makes it hard for myself to groom your furry friend in a timely manner before my next client comes for their appointment. Sometimes I can get you in sooner but please remember that it won't always happen and to keep in mind that your pet will not get groomed for another 2 weeks. Everyone will get two chances before the cancellation fee will come into effect. I am sorry I am having to do this but it is important that we respect each others times and respect others that would have liked to get in earlier. I love each one of my clients and appreciate your support, and I am not pointing fingers at anyone or calling anyone out, I am just trying to make it easier on EVERYONE! So lets work together on getting those fur babies groomed when their appointment is! 🐾💜
🐾BATHROOM: Please take this lightly and opened hearted, but please let your fur babies go potty before coming to your appointment. I understand that accidents happen and grooming appointments can take time, but having them go potty before they come in or before they leave the house will help so much with accidents. You are more than welcome to use the property here at my house as I have plenty of it! Thank you!☺️
🐾FLEAS & TICKS: I have been having quite a few clients come in with fleas and ticks. I have stated that I will not be doing treatments for this but I have changed my mind and I will start offering this service and it will be $10 for the service. If your pet comes in with fleas and ticks it WILL get a treatment and $10 WILL be added to the payment at the end of the service. The treatment is to kill the fleas and make sure my home does not come infested with fleas to where I would have to shut down for a couple of days and I really do not want to do that, because that is not fair for others. So please, if your pet has fleas and ticks please let us know and we will help you get rid of them! I promise, no judgement just wanting to help you and your pet and others not get them!
🐾MATTING: If your dog comes in matted, depending on how bad the matting is I will need to either shave or trim out what I can. I have had a few clients upset that I had shaved their pet down due to matting, and I will state on here that if they are matted I will be getting the matts out as it can lead to very different outcomes for your pet's fur and skin. I am sorry I have to put this but I DO NOT mess around with matting as I have seen how bad it can get. And I want your fur baby comfortable, loving life, and feeling AMAZING! 🤩 I promise HAIR does GROW back and we will be able to get the haircut you are wanting with time and patience.
