I recently discovered a new way to be sure my pets are safely returned to me, should they ever go missing.
Crumb is a QR code tag for their collars and when scanned by anyone who finds them, it immediately sends a text message with their location. It also links to nearby shelters, rescues and vets as well. If I report them missing it sends that information out on social media with an instant missing pet flyer. I was able to fill in any medications, allergies, dietary restrictions etc.
With the 4th of July ( the holiday where the most pets go missing) it is worth checking out!
The tags were free, with free replacements, if ever needed!

Princess and Jasper have made significant progress with me. Despite initial apprehensions and insecurity when they first began receiving grooming, they now exhibit confidence and have rapidly become one of the most enjoyable homes to visit. I appreciate these canine companions.

Sweet Murphy crossed the rainbow bridge today. She was such a good old lady. My heart breaks for her family in this time. RIP Murphy.

Drive-up Pet Vaccination & Microchipping Clinic
in the Back Parking Lot of Middle TN Spay & Neuter Clinic
Saturday April 25, 2026
8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
When you arrive you will need to enter on the North side of the parking lot (on the side of the Gowen-Smith Funeral home). You will then be directed to 1 of 2 lanes in the parking lot.
Please stay in your vehicle. Someone will come to your window and fill out the paperwork. A veterinary assistant will come to your vehicle next and help with getting your animals ready for their vaccination. The veterinarian will also be there. After vaccinations or microchips are finished you will receive paperwork and receipt.
Rabies vaccinations $15
Canine Distemper/Parvo $15
Oral Bordetella $15
Feline Distemper $15
Microchipping $20
Please have correct change in the form of cash. We will not be accepting credit or debit at this event.

Charlie, the Pekinese, has neurologic symptoms and auto immune problems making a grooming salon impossible for him. I have a special place in my heart to work with the aging and other medical needs pets and, with my background and training, I bring more to the table than my clippers and shears.
Charlie is the sweetest lovingest boy and I look forward to helping him enjoy life as he navigates learning his wheelchair, and adjusts to his new normal .
