Another great success story!!
Last month, our sweet Nakoa was headed to a foster home for a trial weekend. When he arrived, he got scared, jumped out of the car, and took off.
For days, we tracked him as he stayed within a two to three mile radius. We had sightings, but couldn’t keep eyes on him. We were exhausted, worried, and running out of hope. That’s when I found Volunteer Drone Services online and gave them a call. They dropped everything and came to Tunnel Hill, Georgia to help.
Within an hour, he located Nakoa resting in a pasture. We made our way out with their guidance, but Nakoa got spooked and ran again. After regrouping, they found him a second time. They stayed for hours before having to head home, but for the first time, we knew Nakoa was alive scared, but that gave us hope!
A few days later, Nakoa showed up on a Ring camera in someone’s fenced backyard. Two members of our group happened to be nearby, and just like that, Nakoa was safe and back in familiar arms.
Today, Nakoa is happy and thriving in his foster home, surrounded by a pack of five other dogs a perfect fit.
We’re incredibly grateful to Volunteer Drone Services for their help, professionalism, and kindness.”
From all of us at Volunteer Drone Services, we’re grateful to have played a part in bringing Nakoa home. Every search provides valuable insight, and this one shows how important persistence and teamwork are.
