Message from Finder: "we have been calling this sweet boy, Mr. Bean he is an unneutered 1 to 2 year-old male mutt. He has the build body condition and coat of a border collie. He’s a little on the thin side probably around 35 to 40 pounds. He is housebroken walks nicely on a leash just does not get along with my unneutered male dog."
