📢 New Puppy Pickup Policy 📢

To help keep our puppies safe, we have implemented a new rule regarding microchips.

Effective immediately, all microchips must be registered at the time of puppy pickup. We will no longer allow new owners to take the registration information home to complete later.

Unfortunately, we’ve seen too many cases where microchips were never activated, making it impossible for veterinarians, shelters, or animal control to contact owners when a lost dog is found.

Registering the microchip before your puppy leaves ensures:
🐾 Your contact information is correctly entered
🐾 The microchip is active immediately
🐾 Vets and shelters can reach you if your puppy is ever lost
🐾 Your puppy has the best chance of making it back home safely

This policy is being put in place solely for the safety and well-being of our puppies. Thank you for understanding and helping us make sure every puppy has the best protection possible.
