We have our next event on JULY 11 th and we are hoping for a great crew! So if you know a organization that does volunteer work, a sports team that likes to gives back to the community, want to organize a group of highschoolers that need community service to Graduate ~ this would be a great opportunity to help us as we help other others have a better life. Meet our latest Humane Hero, Abe, who spent his summer down the shore taking photos to raise $1,000 donation for our shelter pets. 💕

Abe, we’re so grateful for your creativity, generosity, and drive to make a difference. Because of you, animals in our care will receive the love, medical attention, and second chances they deserve.

🐾 Throwback Dog Breed Friday 🐾

Remember when certain dog breeds seemed to be EVERYWHERE? ❤️

Back in the 70s and 80s, you couldn’t go far without seeing:
🐶 Collie
🐶 Old English Sheepdog
🐶 Cocker Spaniel
🐶 Irish Setter
🐶 Afghan Hound
🐶 Saint Bernard

Today, many of these breeds are far less common as trends and lifestyles have changed.

It’s funny how dog popularity changes over the years… but one thing never changes:
dogs will always be family. ❤️🐾

🐾 Reminder: St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center is our May donation recipient ❤️

Many people may not realize this… but some dogs adopted here in the Northeast and New England got their second chance because of transport programs like the ones St. Hubert’s runs.

Their WayStation program helps move dogs from overcrowded shelters where resources are stretched thin to areas with more opportunities for adoption — helping save thousands of lives while also supporting shelters behind the scenes with funding, training, and spay/neuter programs. 🐶✈️

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Today, we also hold space for the military families, and loved ones who carry those sacrifices every day — and recognize the military working dogs who have served beside our troops with loyalty and courage. 🐾

Sacrifice comes in many forms. Courage leaves lasting memories.
