We have policies and procedures that we’d like to share with our potential and new customers so there isn’t any confusion when it comes to purchasing anything from Vega Horses!
▫️We respond to FB messages, text, and calls as quickly as we can. We have several people contacting us constantly and try to respond in the order that they come in. There are only 4 of us, so between dealing with customers in person and on the phone with customers, we do the best that we can.
▫️Everything we sell is a first come first serve basis. We will not hold anything without a deposit.
◽️We require a $250 deposit of the total price to hold a horse. All deposits are nonrefundable, no exceptions. This ensures it’s reserved just for you. Deposits cannot be transferred from one horse to another. Once a deposit is made, you have 24 hours to arrange pickup or delivery. If we have to hold a horse at our facility longer than 24 hours after a deposit is made, it will be $20/day to feed and water. If we have to hold a horse longer than 72 hours, the horse must be paid for in full.
▫️Once a deposit is made, we will place pending on the post to secure your purchase. After payment is made in full, we will place sold on the post.
▫️Payment plans are not available through Vega Horses.
▫️We are very specific in every horse we post on our page. We know exactly what the horse is and won’t sell something to you that we feel is not safe for what you’re needing. We post all the info, pictures, and videos of each horse, so you know exactly what the horse is. We are very honest and upfront so you’ll be a repeat customer of ours.
▫️If we state 100% sound on a horse on your bill of sale, we offer a 72 hour guarantee on the soundness of the horse only.
▫️We are NOT responsible for any illnesses, injuries, death, accidents, or vet bills once a deposit or full payment is made on a horse.
▫️Vega Horses is required to give you a coggins at the time of purchase. PPE’s are at the buyers expense and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Vega Horses.
▫️Payment options available are Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Square, Cashier’s check or cash only. Any payment other than cashier’s check or cash will be charged a 3% transaction fee. Personal checks are not accepted.
▫️As of April 1, 2026 Vega Horses will be charging $2.00 per loaded mile. Any delivery within a 15 mile radius of the Vega Horses facility are free of charge.
▫️Everything is sold as is, unless otherwise stated.
▫️ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL SALES ARE SOLD AS IS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY VEGA HORSES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
▫️We choose to keep our prices affordable and reasonable because we want you to come back to us and purchase another horse from us.
