A little arena work, a little trail time, and a pretty great group of horses and riders! 🍑🎠

We had a fun group of three haul in for lessons this weekend, and I love getting to offer opportunities like this!

Hauling horses to new places is such a valuable part of their education. It gives them the chance to experience new environments, build confidence, and work through unfamiliar situations in a controlled, supportive setting—without the added pressure of a horse show.

Plus, it’s a great way for riders to get some instruction on their own horses, even if they aren’t boarded with us!

Good horses, good company, and a pretty great way to spend the weekend. 🍑

A little English, a little Western, and apparently a chestnut horse requirement we forgot to tell everyone about. 🍑

Different riders, different backgrounds, different goals. Some are working on confidence, some are fine-tuning skills, and everyone is figuring out something new along the way.

One of my favorite things about teaching is that no two lessons look quite the same. And that’s exactly how it should be.

No one-size-fits-all riding around here. 🎠

The temperature dropped and apparently so did everyone’s ability to make good decisions. 🍑

Can we all agree to stop apologizing for being students? 🍑

I hear “sorry” in lessons more often than you might think. Sorry for asking a question, sorry for not getting something right away, sorry for being nervous, or sorry for needing a little extra help.

But here’s the thing: if you already knew how to do everything, you probably wouldn’t need me!

Whether you’re getting back in the saddle after 20 years, learning something completely new, or working toward your next big show goal, you’re allowed to be a work in progress.

My job isn’t to expect you to know everything. It’s to help you learn, build confidence, and hopefully have a pretty dang good time doing it.

So ask the questions, make the mistakes, laugh a little, and quit apologizing for learning. That’s what we’re here for. 🍑🎠

Pretty mornings, good horses, and even better company. ☀️🍑

A little reminder that not every ride needs a big goal or a training breakthrough. Sometimes getting out and enjoying your horse is the whole point.

And mornings like this make that pretty easy. 🎠

Some people decorate for spooky season. Twister prefers to create the atmosphere. 👻🍑

Turns out “doing what you love” still involves a slightly ridiculous schedule. 🍑🎠

The last month has been BUSY—lessons, training horses, horse shows, lots of miles, long days, and plenty happening behind the scenes.

But getting to spend our days with good horses, helping people reach their goals, and building this little Peachy community?

Pretty dang cool way to be busy. 🍑

What’s been keeping you and your horses busy lately?

Over a decade out of the show pen…and just like that, Dancin Lil Cha Cha (aka Twister) is back. 🍑🎠

And getting this very talented (and spicy) mare back through the gate was definitely a family affair.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support, encourage, and cheer us on for the big return. Having so many people there made an already special day that much better.

And especially to Sandie and Don—thank you for trusting me with the reins. It’s pretty dang cool getting to be a part of Twister’s comeback.

First one back in the books. Looking forward to what’s next! 🍑
