GRRAND Needs Transport Volunteers

Every rescued dog’s journey begins with a car ride and right now, we need more heroes behind the wheel.

Whether it’s picking up pups from shelters, getting them to vet appointments, or delivering them safely to foster and forever homes, transport volunteers make rescue possible.

Get ready for private splash time where the only rule is: dogs have fun and hoomans stay dry.
(Yes, really. Hoomans are NOT allowed to swim. The dogs insisted.)

🐶 What’s Included

A 30‑minute private pool session just for your pup. No crowd, no chaos, just pure doggy joy.

Bring up to two family dogs for $40 and let them splash like they own the place.

⏰ Time Slots

We’ve built in 15‑minute buffers so pups don’t bump noses on the way in or out.

Since this event is powered by one super‑pawsome volunteer, we need all payments, proof of vaccinations, and waivers submitted before 10 PM on September 4th.

This keeps things running smoothly

No walk‑ins allowed.

❗ Cancellations & Refunds

Plans change, we get it.
If you need to cancel once you have reserved your spot, please email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance so we can refund you and offer your spot to another lucky pup.

Our gorgeous girl Jeanie has officially found her forever home. This 4‑year‑old Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix came to GRRAND after her rescuing family realized she preferred chasing their peacocks rather than guarding them. They lovingly reached out to us to help her find a home that matched her gentle spirit and playful personality.

Today, Jeanie is exactly where she belongs. Safe, adored, and starting her new chapter with a family who loves her just as she is.

Our sitcom pup with a hearing disability has officially found his forever home… and in true GRRAND fashion, it’s the best foster‑fail story ever.

George stole hearts from day one with his fearless puppy energy, his goofy charm, and that unforgettable heart‑shaped nose. His foster family fell head‑over‑heels, and now he’s exactly where he belongs.

💛 Meet Cooper

A Brave Heart Learning to Trust!

Cooper is a 2‑year‑old, 60‑lb Golden Retriever who’s endured more than his share of hardship before coming to GRRAND. His surrendering family rescued him from a man who kept him in a filthy crate in the back of a van. Cooper lived a nightmare of being frightened, neglected, and unsure of kindness.

Though his former owners loved him deeply, Cooper struggled with their older dog and needed a calmer, more structured environment. They made the heartbreaking decision to surrender him so he could get the help he deserves.

Since arriving at GRRAND, Cooper has made incredible progress. He’s still nervous but loves gentle pets and takes treats softly from your hand. He’s house‑trained, but not crate‑trained as crates remind him of his past. He’s terrified of collars and leashes, so we’re slowly introducing a harness and helping him rebuild trust.

Cooper’s fears suggest he may have been mistreated, but his heart is pure. He’s learning that people can be kind, and every day he takes another brave step forward.

He’ll need a dog‑savvy adopter with a secure, above‑ground fenced yard, no children or other pets, and plenty of patience and love to help him continue his journey toward confidence and peace.
