Meet BlackBerry! 🖤

She’s a little black street kitty we are hoping to take after Tuesday. I wanted to post about her to show everyone her story.. if she tests felv positive, I can still take her, but would have to find a foster with no other cats!

I’m thinking she’ll be ok though. Fingers crossed! Anyway, here’s a small introduction to one of our new intakes 🖤🐾🫶

Little update on Dustin/Doug! He’s going to a foster to adopt home starting today ♥️🐾

Thank you everyone for your support, I only want the same kind of love and attention for his siblings and mom! They all deserve it! 🫶🖤

Let’s get Lucas, Maxine, Joyce and Minnie into loving forever homes! Just like Dustin ♥️

Happy five dollar Friday! 🖤🐾🫶

We have a bunch of cats and dogs in our care and could really use donations to care for all these lovely pups!

I’ve excluded some on here since they’ve either been adopted or are pending adoption! 🎉💝

But I’ll give some updates for our currents now!

Winnie was spayed this week 🎉 and chipped, so she’ll be ready for a foster home soon!

Doug/Dustin has a few meet and greets! 🖤🐾

Lucas had a great meet and greet 🤞

Joyce has an adoption trial soon! ✨

Minnow and Maxine sadly have no interest 💔

Callie is now our longest stay! Along with Lucy and Leo.

Our newest kittens have some meet and greets as well 🎉🎉🎉

Vander has solid interest 💝

We will be taking in a cute street cat once her felv test comes back negative 🤞

Thanks for everyone’s support and we hope to open up intake real soon! We’ve got more lives to save 🥰🐾🫶

When it rains it pours 💔😔

Dustin was adopted in March and renamed Doug. He was surrendered due to family conflict and no fault of his own. We have till Sunday to find home placement 💔💔💔

This little guy is still scared and shut down. He really needs a foster who can help him get socialized properly. He’s currently residing with Lucas’ foster ♥️🐾

Here is a bit about Dustin/Doug:

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR DOUG STARTING SUNDAY 🚨

Doug is a 7-month-old puppy who is very shy and scared, but he is an incredibly sweet boy who just needs a safe place to decompress and build confidence.

🐾 Great with dogs of all sizes
🏠 Crate trained
❤️ Gentle and sweet temperament
📍 Needs a foster beginning Sunday

Doug’s adopters are no longer able to keep him due to personal reasons, and he is in urgent need of a foster home.

✨ To make fostering easier, Doug will come with 5 FREE training sessions with OC Dog Care during his foster period. These sessions will focus on helping him gain confidence and giving his foster family guidance and support every step of the way.

We need fosters so so badly.. for Leo, for Dustin now, for Vander, for other pups in our care…it’s just a lot.

These amazing pups deserve to find their forever homes! 🖤

We really need continued funding to keep helping when we can 🐾

Dogs already in rescue are so so forgotten about and that’s one of the main reasons rescues quit or go bankrupt. 💔

Please don’t forget about the long stays, the behavioral pups, the medical pups, the pups who need to take it slow, and all our dogs we are caring for at our rescue.

If you can spare anything, we’d be appreciative. Thank you for your continued support. I’ll be making a post about fosters we need, etc. 🖤✨
