Meet Twig 🥺💙

Twig is 6 weeks old… but at only 8 ounces, he’s about half the size he should be at this age.

The Orange County shelter planned to euthanize him because he was severely underweight and suffering from bloody diarrhea and lack of appetite.

Today, this tiny baby got a second chance.

Twig is now safe with an incredible foster mama , finally warm, cared for, and no longer fighting alone.

Next stop is the vet to figure out what’s going on in that swollen little belly and help him start healing.

He’s fragile.
He’s impossibly small.
But he’s still here fighting. 🐾🤍

Coco is finally home 💛

The senior Doberman who came to us in horrible condition — neglected, exhausted, and fighting through so many medical issues — is officially ADOPTED. 🐾

Watching Coco heal has been incredible, but watching her finally get the forever family she deserves feels even better.

No more pain.
No more being overlooked.
Just love, comfort, and the soft life every senior dog deserves.

Hannah got adopted 💛

From sitting in a shelter with her life at risk… to sleeping safely in her forever home.

The little runt from Devore who fought through quarantine, medications, vet visits, and so much uncertainty is officially ADOPTED. 🐾

From almost not making it out of the shelter… to finding a family who chose him forever.

Watching Alvin go from fragile and sick to happy, healthy, and loved has been incredibly special.

This little 1-year-old Chihuahua is doing amazing.

Chip is officially neutered, in perfect health, and fully ready for the next chapter — finding his forever home. 🐾

The boy once labeled “unhandleable” is now showing everyone just how sweet, loving, SNUGGLY, and special he really is. Plus… those tiny little teethers still absolutely steal the show 🥹

Update on Alvin 💛

The little runt from Devore has officially made it through the hardest part.

After quarantine, medications, and multiple vet visits —
his lungs are clear, he’s negative for parvo, and he’s feeling amazing.

Alvin is now bright, happy, healthy, and full of puppy energy.

From such an uncertain start… to thriving.

And now, he’s ready for the best part,
finding his forever home.

Update on Pebbles 💛

She’s been waiting for her forever home…
but thankfully, she has the best foster mom and siblings holding her over in the meantime.

the shelter said she couldn’t be around other dogs…
which couldn’t be further from reality.

Pebbles is thriving, social, and loves having doggy friends.

She’s also an all-star Easter egg hunter 🐣🥚

Meet Chip 💛

Chip is a 1-year-old Chihuahua who was at the Devore shelter, labeled “rescue only” not allowed to be adopted by the public and scheduled to be euthanized because they said he was “unable to be handled.”

But the Chip we see?

Sweet.
Loving.
Just a little overwhelmed in a loud, scary environment.

Today, Chip is safe — decompressing and soaking up all the love from his foster mom.

All Chip needed was a chance to feel safe.
And now he finally has it. 🐾🤍

Meet Alvin 💛

A 5-month-old doodle puppy who was set to be euthanized at Devore alongside his siblings and parents.

He was the runt of the litter, the smallest, the most vulnerable.

Less than 24 hours after rescuing him, we got heartbreaking news.
Two of his siblings began showing symptoms of parvo and they were all kenneled together.

His brother, Simon, sadly didn’t make it.
His sister, Britany, is still fighting for her life.
His brother, Theodore, was adopted by a member of the public, so unfortunately, we have no idea what condition he is in.

We rushed Alvin to the vet immediately.

His test came back negative, and he has no fever — but parvo has an incubation period, and false negatives can happen.

So now… we wait.
Watching closely. Hoping and praying he stays healthy.

Right now, Alvin is being monitored and cared for, but he’s not out of the woods yet.

Please keep Alvin and his sister Britany in your thoughts.

Sometimes rescue doesn’t end when they leave the shelter…
sometimes it’s just the beginning of the fight. 🐾

If you are able to donate for his care, we have no idea if we will need to suddenly rush him to the ER, which we will do if symptoms do arise. Parvo treatment can cost upwards of 10k because of hospital stays and we NEED to be ready to jump if something happens. Every dollar means the world.
