Meet Fenrir 💙 A5770803
This week his life was set to end at Baldwin Park. Instead, he walked out of the shelter and into rescue.
Fenrir came into the shelter as a stray. His body tells the story of years of neglect — hair loss, painful pressure sores, irritated skin, lumps, a dull coat, visible ribs, and recent injuries including a fractured canine tooth and puncture wounds.
Fenrir is scared of the world around him. Every new sound, every unfamiliar person, every change makes him shrink into himself. And yet, despite all of that fear, he still seeks affection. He still leans in for comfort. He still wants to trust.
After everything people have done to him, he still chooses love.
Now that he’s safe, the real work begins.
Fenrir needs medical care, diagnostics, treatment for his injuries, dental work, proper nutrition, and time to heal both physically and emotionally.
Donations are desperately needed to help cover his medical expenses and give him the second chance he deserves.
