I have fostered this amazing, sweet pup for a week and thanks to Nicole of Pawsitivity Rescue (here in pic) and many others this beautiful girl was rescued just hours before being euthanized. She also needs a good foster to take over, I have to give her back tomorrow.
She is a survivor, she is sweet and she is getting stronger every day but she does need a lot of extra care and more medical testing etc. She has limited mobility, can get up and walk (wobbly) for short spurts, tries to do her business without making a mess but doesn't always succeed...she is a determined little pup! Something neurological or possible effects of distemper/parvo which she may have had - and survived! We need a diagnosis, possible treatment and rehabilitation but won't know until she gets to a specialist and they run more tests. Blood and X-Rays all came back clean, she's good on that front! She loves people, other dogs seems to be good with (curious and might ba a bit afraid) but must be separated from dogs until she is diagnosed out of extreme caution for other dogs. For all the animal lovers out there, this girl needs your help...if you can, even a little goes a long way. Pawsitivity Rescue saved this sweet pup just hours before being euthanized and is asking for donations for her medical issues.
