Sweet Bonk taking a nap 😴 we are getting ready to send him to a new foster home that specializes in blind dogs. But we need your help! We are still short on many items we need for him to make his way. Any amount helps Bonk get their care he needs and deserves!

Poor sweet angel. We got to you too late 😢🌈 when we rescued Sweetie we had no idea how bad her health was. The shelter had her listed as medium under weight with minor medical. This was not the case. Sweetie was so emaciated she could barely stand or walk without support. When we got her to her Foster’s the very first thing we did was get her in a soft bed and provide her a healthy meal, unfortunately she threw it up. We tried different food, she threw that up too. Over night she went potty right in her bed where she slept because she simply did not have the energy to stand. We immediately took her to our vet, got her IV hydration, nutrition and anti nausea meds. We also did a full examination and blood panel. Unfortunately that revealed the worst news. Sweetie was in full blown kidney failure. Her levels were literally too high to even be charted. For those of you that have dealt with this before you know there is nothing you can for kidney failure, especially at the stage of vomiting and lethargy. We took Sweetie home and gave her the best last day we could, some time laying in the sun, all the soft blankets and love she could want. Cases like this are hard. Hard on our fosters, hard on us as a rescue. This poor baby did not deserve to die alone suffering in the shelter, so we are glad at least we got to give her some comfort before she left us. Thank you to everyone that donated to her care, thanks to you we were able to make her last moments pain free and full of love. It is not what we had hoped for her.😢😢😢 she deserved a better life.

Remember Tiger? We saved him the same day he was suppose to be euthanized because he was labeled with behavioral problems. He has been doing great with our foster and is officially open for adoption! Tiger needs a very special home. Someone who is patient, as Tiger loves to be close to his person and cuddle on laps and go for walks, but it takes some time for him to allow petting. Someone that has experience .with small dogs with an attitude is a must! He loves other dogs but a house without small children would be best for him. It is clear that this tiny boy has had some trauma in his life and we think he deserves the most amazing forever home!❤️

‼️🚨 we need your help!!! This poor tiny senior was dumped at the kill shelter and we need pledges in order to get her out!!! She is listed as “minor medical” we are trying to get more information but all seniors need special care and vet attention and we simply can not do this without you! As a small rescue we can only save these angels when we have the support to do so 😢 we have a foster and transport in place!
