CATC Burbank - Community Animal Treatment Center is a wonderful place that is currently in need of additional support. Some of our previous clients have asked how they can pay it forward or support a good cause in honor of their pet; Dr. Chan has worked with many of the team including her classmate Dr. Silverman who has worked tirelessly to get this organization up and running so if you are considering making a donation this year, we ask you to consider this one!

💔 Important Community Cat Update 💔

As of January 31, 2026, we learned that FixNation will no longer be funding community cat spay/neuter services at CATC. This decision is heartbreaking, as protecting and caring for community cats remains at the core of our mission.

With our 2026 TNR funding still unsecured, all free TNR appointments scheduled for February must be modified or canceled.

🐾 Services still available:
• Community cats with a Community Cat Program Voucher
• Discounted TNR: $100 males / $120 females

We know how difficult this is for caregivers and rescue partners. Please know we are actively working to secure funding and continue free services whenever possible.

🙏 How you can help:
• Donate if you’re able: https://give-usa.keela.co/Donate-to-CATC
• Like our Social Pages and share all of our posts
• Like and comment to help boost visibility

Every action helps us help the cats. Thank you for standing with us. 💛🐱

In loving memory of Chula: Chula became our furry baby at 3 months old. She stuck around for 16 years and we feel fortunate to have been able to have her that long. We miss her dearly and the home feels so quiet without her. She got chocolate wasted moments before it was time for her departure.

Project K-9 Hero is a great non-profit that helps cover the medical bills for retired working dogs cover; once retired and adopted these bills are at the expense of their owner or handlers who adopt them. Dr. Chan made many working dog friends during her brief time working for NBVC Veterinary Treatment Facility and has a soft spot for police and military working dogs.
