It was an honor to be part of a day dedicated to restoring hope, strengthening community, and supporting Altadena’s continued recovery. We’re grateful to have connected with so many community members and partner organizations while providing essential resources to those who need them most.

Our Period Product Campaign has officially wrapped up, and we are incredibly thankful for everyone who helped make it a success💚

Through your generosity, support, and advocacy, more menstrual products will reach nonprofit organizations serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty across Los Angeles County. Every contribution, whether it was a donation, share, or conversation, helped bring us one step closer to ensuring access to these essential items.

As this campaign comes to a close, the impact is only beginning. We look forward to distributing these products through our network of community partners and continuing our work to promote dignity, health, and equity for those who need it most. ✨

This Pride Month, we recognize that LGBTQ+ individuals are disproportionately impacted by homelessness and housing instability. Studies show that LGBTQ+ youth make up a significant percentage of the unhoused youth population, often due to family rejection, discrimination, and barriers to stable housing.

At Shelter Partnership, we believe everyone deserves access to basic necessities, dignity, and support. Through our Shelter Resource Bank, we help provide essential items to nonprofit agencies serving vulnerable communities across Los Angeles County, including LGBTQ+ individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty.

As we celebrate Pride, we also reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that all people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, have access to the resources they need to thrive.

On May 2nd, Shelter Partnership was honored to stand alongside an incredible network of partners at the Altadena Rises Together relief event 💚

Held at Hillside Tabernacle, the event brought hundreds of wildfire-impacted residents together to access critical resources (from financial assistance to essential household items) supporting families on their path to recovery.

Through collaboration and community care, we helped ensure vital supplies reached those who need them most, because recovery takes all of us. 🙌
