Here are details about the 2023 Sugarcane Festival Open Rabbit Show. It is open to 4h youth in sugarcane growing parishes only.

Forms and checks are due to the 4-H Office (415 Providence Street) on September 15th. As were the rules last year for the Sugarcane Festival, you may pre-register up to 10 rabbits with a limit of 1 rabbit per class for $3 dollars each. A $5 fee entry fee for rabbits entered after Sept 15. Day of show entries is limited to 1 rabbit per exhibitor due to the timing to start the show in a timely manner.
Tattoo must be in the left ear and health papers day of show is required.
The show will be held on Saturday, September 23rd at the SugArena in New Iberia starting at 8:00 a.m.
