Look what just a chance and a little bit of love can do. 😭🥺 My two most recent fosters are thriving after coming from a literal horror house. This is why I love doing what I do. Seeing abused and neglected animals be greatful for love and opportunity heals something in my heart that money could never buy. These sweet sweet angels are only a couple out of a multitude of dogs multiple heaven sent rescues stepped in to save. Be the voice they don't have. Advocate when you see something wrong, because no living thing deserves to live in the conditions. If you have it in your heart to foster, please do so. Kentucky Mutts Animal Rescue Inc. can always use extra hands and if you can't foster, donations are always a great way to make sure these babies get fed, fully vetted, and spoiled in the ways they desperately deserve. Miss VL Crook does so much for the lost and forgotten animals in our area, but she is always needing extra help and volunteers to fill in the cracks and help as many animals as possible. She is older than a lot of people willing to help, but she is still the first in line to be there when a sweet animal needs help. If you would like to foster, all food, vetting, crates, bedding, treats, toys exc are provided by the rescue. All you have to do is open your home and heart to make a difference. All animals go on transport to more permanent fosters, you never have an animal more than a few days to a couple weeks. If more people would step up, more lives could be saved.
