PPnK is based in Metro-Atlanta, saving animals from Walton, Newton, and Rockdale county ACs. They're spayed/neutered, vetted, and ready for their homes!

PPnK is a rescue group based in Metro-Atlanta, GA. We rescue cats and dogs from Walton, Newton, and Rockdale county animal controls. We only pull from animal control & rescue who would have been euthanized. All animals we rescue are spayed/neutered, vetted, and updated on all shots/vaccinations. Now ask yourself… how is it possible that no one has chosen her yet?

Peggy has been waiting since April 8, 2026. Day after day, she waits for the same thing every rescue cat dreams of…

Someone to choose her.
Someone to take her home.

I’m such a sweet, beautiful, playful girl, and I just don’t understand why I’m still waiting. 😿❤️

I was adopted once, but sadly returned because the older kitty in my new home didn’t want to play with me. 💔 I’m hoping my next family will be my forever family.

I may not love being held, but I absolutely LOVE sitting beside you, getting pets, and knowing I’m loved. 😻❤️

She’s about 5 years old, and she’s been waiting far too long for someone who truly understands her.

She’ll greet you at the door, absolutely LOVES being brushed, and goes crazy for catnip. 😻 But this girl knows what she likes—and she has boundaries.

She doesn’t appreciate her belly being touched, and if her warnings are ignored, she may scratch or bite. That isn’t meanness. It’s simply her way of communicating, “Please respect my space.” ❤️

She can live with other cats, especially relaxed kitties who understand boundaries and give her the space she needs.

She isn’t looking for perfect. She’s looking for someone willing to love an imperfect cat perfectly. 🥹❤️

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A FRIDAY CATTERY CLEANER!

Do you love cats and want to help make a difference in the lives of rescue animals? ❤️ Our nonprofit rescue organization is looking for a reliable, compassionate person to help care for our cats and kittens every Friday at the Loganville PetSmart Cattery.

What you’ll be responsible for:

🧹 Cleaning and maintaining the cat cages
🍽️ Cleaning food and water bowls
🐱 Cleaning litter boxes
💧 Ensuring every cat and kitten has plenty of fresh food and water each day
❤️ Providing attention, affection, and interaction with each animal
👀 Keeping an eye out for any changes in behavior or well-being

This is more than just cleaning — you’ll be helping rescue cats feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they wait for their forever homes. 🏡🐾

📍 Location: Loganville PetSmart Cattery
📅 Day: Every Friday (hours are flexible)

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable around cats, and genuinely cares about animal welfare. Onsite training is required and will be provided!

A true miracle story: Meet the 2027 Workman Kitten Calendar Cover Star! 🌟🐾

When Little Bit (fka Mrs. Hughes) came to us last year at just 2 days old, she was a tiny little nugget fighting for her life. Thanks to tireless bottle-feeding by her foster, she was the sole survivor of her litter and made it to a healthy 10 weeks old and found a perfect forever home. 🍼❤️

Today, she’s a superstar! Her family just shared that she won a cover spot for the national Workman 365 Kittens-A-Year Picture-A-Day 2027 Wall Calendar, and is the featured kitten for January 30, 2027! 📅

Rescue kittens are truly something special. Congratulations to Little Bit and her family! Drop a ❤️ to congratulate our favorite cover girl!
