We have a passion for all dogs & all things dog related and are eager to share with you what's to come and what we can offer you and your furbaby. Our 4,000 sq ft facility features custom kennels, TVs, three outdoor play yards, three indoor

play areas, pools, sprinklers, endless toys, endless belly scritches and endless love. We have built this building to accommodate all different dogs and all their funny little quirks and personalities. We have our main kennel area where most of the doggos stay, but we have a separate senior area for all the little grandma and grandpa dogs, AND a separate special needs area for the pups that may be just a little less social, high anxiety, wheelchair bound or are post operative. We cater to every dog that walks through our doors and we ensure they are are comfortable and as happy as can be during their time with us. They all get their own little nicknames from the staff, and yes, we are ALWAYS sad to see them go home! All staff members are Red Cross Certified in Dog CPR and First Aid. Riley's Retreat is a bonded, licensed and insured company.

Employee spotlight #4! Meet Madison!

Hi, I’m Madison, aka Boots! I’ve worked in doggy daycare for 4 years and joined Riley’s Retreat in February 2025. Most of my day is spent chasing dogs, avoiding getting clotheslined by zoomies, and pretending I’m in control of the chaos. I also specialize in catching dogs at their funniest moments on camera. If there’s an unhinged picture of a dog mid-sneeze or making a weird face… there’s a good chance I took it. Need proof? Check for dinosaur tattoos.
When I’m off the clock, I trade dog chaos for cat chaos as a proud cat mom to Pebbles, Remus, and Queenie — who collectively run my household with tiny furry dictator energy. I firmly believe life is better with Dinosaurs, Donuts, Doggy Daycare… and cats that act like they pay the bills.

Employee spotlight #3! Meet Grayson!

Hey, I’m Grayson! I’m part of the team here at Riley’s Retreat, where I spend my days hanging out with dogs, keeping them happy, and making sure they have the best time possible. I’ve always loved animals, so getting to work around them every day makes this an awesome place to be. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or helping keep things running smoothly, I’m always happy to be part of the fun.

Outside of Riley’s Retreat, I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing, and probably playing video games or watching sports!

I’m grateful to be part of the Riley’s Retreat family and can’t wait to keep loving on all your pups!

Employee spotlight #2! Meet Destiny!

Hi, I’m Destiny Rushing, and I’ve been working at Riley’s Retreat for about eight months. Working at a doggy daycare has taught me a lot and keeps me on my feet every day. Whether I’m playing with the dogs, cleaning up after them, making sure they stay safe, or chasing them around, there’s always something going on. I love getting to know all of the dogs and learning their different personalities, from the energetic ones who never stop running to the shy ones who just want extra attention. Seeing the dogs excited to come in every day and knowing they feel comfortable around us makes the job really rewarding.

One of my favorite parts about working at Riley’s Retreat is the team I work with. Everyone works hard to make sure the dogs are cared for, and it creates a positive environment to be around every day. I enjoy working with people who are supportive, hardworking, and always willing to help each other out when things get busy. Having a good team makes even the craziest daycare days fun, and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy coming to work.

Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, spending time with my friends and family, and making the most out of my free time.
