Ear infections can start as a little irritation but quickly turn into a much bigger, and more uncomfortable problem for your pup.

🐢✨ Dog of the Week✨🐢

Something seems a little different about this week’s winner… shorter legs, significantly less fur, and she showed up wearing her own house. 😂

Meet Samantha, our honorary Dog of the Week!

We decided it was time to come out of our shells and give someone from the slower side of the animal kingdom a chance in the spotlight. Samantha may not bark, fetch, or wag her tail, but she’s still pretty spectacular in our book.

She took things at her own pace, kept a hard shell on the outside with nothing but sweetness underneath, and absolutely stole the show. We wanted to ask her how she felt about winning, but we felt she needed some time to come out of her shell. 🐢😂

Sure, calling a turtle our Dog of the Week might be stretching the rules a little… but around here, we believe every animal deserves their moment to shell-ebrate!

A huge thank you to Samantha’s family for trusting Gents & Paws with their pup and introducing us to a client who’s a little outside our usual shell of expertise. We had an awesome time meeting her!

🐾 Another incredible day in Sherman! 🐾

Every time we make our way out to Sherman, we somehow leave liking the community even more than we did before.

A huge thank you to Pet Wants Texoma for once again welcoming Gents & Paws with such overwhelming hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, and judging by the number of dogs we got to meet, we definitely stayed busy! 😂🐶

There’s just something special about spending a day surrounded by good people, local businesses supporting one another, and a community that genuinely shows up for its dogs. These Sherman events have quickly become some of our favorite days, and we’re already looking forward to the next excuse to come back.

We put together a little recap video from the day so everyone can see some of the faces, paws, and moments that made it such a great time. We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making the memories in it. ❤️🐾

We are incredibly proud to announce that Gents & Paws finished in the TOP 3 for Best Pet Services in Denton County! 🐾

When we started Gents & Paws, our goal was simple: to bridge the gap between grooming, veterinary care, training, and behavior. We wanted to create a better approach to routine care.

To see our name standing alongside some of the best pet service businesses in the entire county means more to us than we can put into words.

To every single person who nominated us, voted for us, shared our posts, recommended us to a friend, trusted us with their dog, or simply cheered us on along the way… thank you. ❤️

This recognition belongs just as much to our Gents & Paws family as it does to us. Every appointment, every nervous dog that learned to trust us, every happy tail, and every family that has welcomed us into their home has helped build this business into what it is today.

This week’s spotlight goes to a little guy who made it pretty much impossible to have a boring appointment, Blue! 😂

Blue is a super happy, incredibly friendly Frenchie who seems to have one rule in life: never stop having fun! This was our first time working with him, and from the moment we met him, his personality was on full display. He had us laughing throughout the entire visit and turned his nail appointment into an absolute blast.

Between his goofy Frenchie personality, endless happiness, and determination to make everything a good time, Blue quickly won us over. He was such a sweet boy and genuinely one of those dogs who leaves you smiling long after the appointment is over. ❤️

And we have to give a special thank you to Coco and El Chapo (and mom and dad) for introducing us to Blue and trusting Gents & Paws with him! We’re so glad we got the chance to meet this little character, and we’re already looking forward to seeing what kind of fun he brings the next time we get to see him. 😂🐾
