We would also like to give a big THANK YOU!!!! to everyone else that has been donating! We absolutely love our community, all the generosity and kindness.❤️

We are a non profit which means we rely solely on donations and funding from our community in order to keep saving lives! We couldn’t do any of this without you!

So if you have ever donated, volunteered, mentioned us to a friend, shared one of our posts, etc. we thank you and appreciate you so much!

🆘APL COMMUNITY, WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🆘

We are in dire need of dry and wet dog food!! Our shelves are empty as we are on our last few bags 💔 Please help us stock our shelves so we can keep our rescues fed! 🐶❤️

We will gladly accept open bags of food and any frozen foods such as Ollie, Farmers Dog, etc.

Our dogs have been doing great on the Sam’s Club Members Mark brand of dog food however, we will also accept any other dog food- prefer corn free.

We could also use dish soap, bleach, trash bags, peanut butter for enrichment treats!

It’s national black dog day! Check out these cuties! Every one of these dogs have been waiting patiently to find their forever homes and they truly deserve the world!

Midnight, one of our youngest here at APL, was abandoned at our gates one night around new years! She’s been waiting 10 months to find her forever family! She’s affectionate, curious and playful. Loves people and other dogs! She has also done great at adoption events and seems to love children as well ❤️

Rocky, our longest resident, has been with us since 3/13/2018! 💔 We aren’t sure why because he’s got the silliest personality, loves to talk, and is basically a puppy in an old man’s body. He’s very loving, and enjoys playing however in his old age he now needs a home that can keep him calm and comfortable due to some mobility issues. He would likely enjoy some hydro therapy if you happen to live by some water! 💧He has a lot of energy for an old man so don’t let his gray face fool you!

Stop by M-Sat 10-3 to meet your new best friend!
