Sweet Gege is looking for a loving new home where she can feel safe, comfortable, and loved!

Gege can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don't let that fool you! Once she has a chance to warm up, she's an incredibly sweet and friendly girl. She just needs a little patience and time to show you her wonderful personality!

🐶 Dogs: Does great with the dog in her current home!

🐱 Cats: Seems to get along well with other cats.

👧 Children: Her behavior around children is currently unknown.

🩺 Medical: Gege is spayed but is not currently up to date on vaccinations.

Gege would love to find a family willing to give her a little time to settle in and become part of the household. With some patience and kindness, we're sure she'll make a wonderful companion!

HANNA FARMSTEAD, HERE WE COME AGAIN!

We're packing up the leashes, loading up the dogs, and heading back to The Hanna Farmstead this Saturday, October 24th!

Some of our adoptable dogs will be trading their usual surroundings for a day out at the farm, and we're hoping a few of them might just meet the people they've been waiting for!

We'll also be bringing along some of our GHS merchandise, available by donation, with all proceeds going right back toward caring for the animals at Greenbrier Humane Society.

Pilot, a 4-year-old gray cat, has gone missing from his home behind the O-School in downtown Lewisburg, WV. His family is very worried and hoping to have him home safe soon!

Collar: Should be wearing a blue collar

Personality: Pretty quiet

Special Tip: Pilot LOVES treats and may come running if he hears a treat box being shaken!

Zeus is a handsome black male with a big personality and lots of playful energy! He loves to have fun and is looking for a family who will give him the attention, guidance, and love he deserves.

Zeus does have some food-guarding behaviors, so his ideal home would be with someone who understands the importance of patience, positive reinforcement, and working with him to build trust around mealtime.

This beautiful tan, brown, and white girl is young, affectionate, and full of life! She enjoys playing, staying active, and showing love to those around her. With her fun-loving personality, she has so much potential to become a wonderful companion!

Like Zeus, she can be protective of her food and will need an understanding family committed to helping her feel safe and secure during mealtime.

🏡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Both dogs deserve homes where they will receive love, patience, proper care, and continued training. Because of their food-guarding behaviors, potential adopters should be prepared to manage feeding situations safely and provide consistent, positive training.
