Its that time of the season when I am processing a ton of drop offs. That means my pickup shelves get full fast. It is really important that you pick up your stuff as soon as you can so I can keep stuff moving and not have to put anyone's things on the floor.

please also keep in mind, my 30 day policy: items must be paid AND picked up within 30 days of their invoice date or they will be considered abandoned. That means they are mine; I don't want them, just come get them.

I really don't like chasing people for payment, if I have to nag to get pick up, I get annoyed. If I have enough of that going on at the same time, my words tend to get less than polite.

Here's what's going on:
All of the individual drop offs that were clean and dry last week are now packed and invoiced.

Dry Ridge Farm is invoiced

Icon Equestrian is clean and dry, some are packed and invoicing could start as early as today

Penrose Farm is in the washer

Donato Hill is next

Time is flying by! It is going to be time to pack for Tulsa before I know it. I had a bunch that needed repairs that kind of bogged me down and life stuff held me up for a week or two, but I am back on track now and rolling right along. Not to mention my horses decided it was a good time for a couple of them to need meds and medicated baths, and a whole bunch of extra attention...Its a good thing they are cute, even the big one!

It's been a loooong time since I updated! So sorry about that, but I had really been working on i81 farms and small drop offs in between so it hasn't been too exciting.

how are we rockin and rollin toward the middle of July already? Anyhoo, I thought I better give an update since I have so many new followers.

I will finish washing the last few blankets for the final I81 trip of the season today and will fill the rest of the drying racks with the beginning of Willowind and a couple of saddle pads that have been here a couple of days (🫣), in my defense they are Western pads and I had to dig around to find care info so I wouldn't ruin them.

I will continue this mad dash toward September and the pile of inventory sheets is fairly small, so I feel it is well in hand. There is no need to wait, I am here most days working away, just shoot a text to say you are on your way.🧚‍♀️

Hi Guys! Just a couple of quick reminders.

ONE blanket per line on the inventory forms. I make notes about repairs on each blanket, every single one, also I check each one off as I wash them, so when they are all clumped together it is hard for me to tell if I got them all off the shelf or not.

Also, if you are using the old handwritten forms, please circle the services (wash/wash reproof/repairs) under the line, the line is where i write my notes.

when labelling i need the person being billed name, washing services and that is all on the tape, just so I can match it up with the inventory.

Good morning! I seem to be ramping up, which is great!

I just wanted to point out that I attached the "get ready for pickup" to all invoices last season so everyone would have access to the QR code and the exact way I like the labels and all my other quirky, yeah that's what we'll say...😂 Instructions which are valid for dropoffs as well as group pickups
