🐴 NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME BARN MANAGER 🐴 includes some weekend shifts
Key Training & Horsemanship is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Full-Time Barn Manager to join our growing horse farm in Lenoir City, Tennessee.
This is a hands-on position for someone who truly loves horses, takes pride in their work, and understands that animal care comes first.
Responsibilities Include:
✔ Daily feeding and watering of horses
✔ Stall cleaning and barn maintenance
✔ Turnout and bringing horses in
✔ Monitoring horse health and reporting concerns
✔ Holding horses for farrier and veterinarian visits
✔ Maintaining a clean, organized, professional facility
✔ Assisting with lessons, clinics, and farm operations as needed
✔ Managing daily chore schedules and helping oversee staff
Qualifications:
• Horse handling experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Leadership and management experience preferred
