Fosters badly needed, even if just for a couple of weeks. Apply to be a foster at felinematchmakers.org. You can make a difference!
Kittens are fostered in pairs, but if you can handle 3-4, that's great too! Leland and Wilmington areas.

HAPPY NEWS: ADOPTED!

MEET MAYDAY. Calling on our German Shepherd Lovers Club to Share Mr MAY's post....he's just a teen at about 10 months, about 60 pounds, and full of energy and devoted love! He loves his walks and playtime and is a social butterfly. He is good with other dogs, but to be sure the pups have chemistry, we always recommend you bring your dog along to meet him. Shepherds are intelligent and active so love to be trained, exercised and included in all family happenings. MAYDAY loves to rub up against you for pets and affection....a real sweetheart!
BCSAPS is open Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2. Please arrive at least 30 min before closing (one hour if you are bringing your dog along for a professionally supervised meet and greet) so the staff has time to pack your new family member's bags.

MEET ROCKY. A bit shy at first, but sweet natured and an easy walker, the ROCK is a handsome 50 pound bully breed boy who has lived with another dog. He is looking for a family who has time to make him a buddy, train him and treat him like the good boi he truly is.
BCSAPS is open Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2. Please arrive at least 30 min before closing (one hour if you have a dog to bring along for a professionally supervised meet and greet), to give the staff time to pack your new family member's bags.

🚨🐱 WE ARE FULL — AND WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🐱🚨

Our Animal Protective Services shelter has been inundated with cats, and we have officially reached capacity. While we will continue to take in cats in emergency situations, we urgently need to create space for the animals who need us most.

That means we need ADOPTERS! 🖤💛

And right now, adoption fees for cats are being WAIVED! 🐾

If you or your family have been thinking about adding a pet to your home, now is a great time to come meet the wonderful cats waiting at our shelter.

We have cats with all kinds of personalities — playful, cuddly, curious, laid-back and everything in between. They all have one thing in common: they need a family to choose them. 🐱❤️

Every cat adopted means:
🐾 One deserving animal gets a loving furever home
🏡 One kennel opens for an animal that may desperately need us
❤️ Our shelter gets a little breathing room during an overwhelming time

Please come meet our cats. Please consider adopting. And PLEASE SHARE this post.

Even if you can’t adopt, sharing could put one of these sweet faces in front of the person who can.

🐾 We need our community right now. Help us find these cats homes! 🐾
