Wags by Mags Grooming

Wags by Mags Grooming Pet lover & Pippa's Closet groomer! Over 10 years of pet care experience, CPR and First Aid certified through PetTech, graduate from KC Grooming Academy!

Follow my journey and check out my portfolio —your pet's in great hands! Hi, I’m Maggie—but most people just call me Mags! I’ve been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember, and I started working in pet care at 16. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve learned just how important trust, patience, and care are when it comes to handling our furry family members. I graduated from the Kansas City Grooming Academy at the beginning of August 2025. I am currently grooming at PetSuites Lee's Summit, where I had been working in boarding for the last year. I’m also certified in Pet First Aid and CPR through PetTech, so your pet’s safety is always my top priority. Thanks for following along on my grooming journey- I am hopeful to share it with you and your pets!

Nothing I love more than showing love and support through my work 🌈
Supporting my friends, my family, and my clients always comes first—because above everything, you deserve to be seen, respected, and celebrated for exactly who you are.

To the LGBTQ+ community: I see you, I support you, and you will always have a safe, welcoming space with me ❤️✨

Regular grooming is more than just a haircut—it’s about building trust, understanding, and a routine your pup can rely on 🤍

Seeing the same groomer consistently allows me to truly get to know your dog—their personality, quirks, and individual needs. With regular visits, pups become more comfortable and confident on the table, which leads to better results and a more positive experience for everyone.

It also looks like lots of kisses, extra reassurance, and those little moments where your pup knows they’re safe and cared for 💛

Because grooming isn’t just a service—it’s a relationship and truthfully the best part of my job🐾✨

Meet some of my regulars who hold such a special place in my heart ♥️ Miss Renee, Mr. Cooper Pooperson, Mr. Gizmo, and my Corgi brothers Hank and Hopper !
